One company · Five cases

The five case sprints

You join the L&D team of one fictional company and work through its problems in order. Each sprint builds on the one before.

Case 01
Closing the skills gap

Find real gaps from role, performance and business-goal data, not assumed ones.

Session 1
Case 02
Designing content, faster

Turn raw SME input into an outline and a first-draft module.

Session 1
Case 03
Why learners disengage

Read feedback, surveys and drop-off data for real themes, not surface complaints.

Session 2
Case 04
Proving training works

Link completion to performance outcomes and build a story leadership trusts.

Session 2
Case 05
Personalising the journey

Recommend learning paths by role and skill gap for one cohort.

Session 2
The method

Four moves you'll repeat in every exercise

The tool matters less than the judgment around it. Every sprint starts with a real L&D question and ends with something you can defend.

1
Frame

Define the L&D problem and the decision it has to support.

2
Ask

Prompt with role, context, constraints and examples.

3
Check

Test the output against the data, for bias, and with your own judgment.

4
Act

Turn the insight into a plan you can take to leadership.

You leave with

  • A reusable prompt and workflow library
  • The Everyday L&D Problems playbook
  • One working L&D-AI workflow, built live
  • A responsible-AI checklist for learner data
  • Your Certified AI L&D Practitioner certificate
