5 AI Systems — Author to Mastery

Stop Tracking Completions.
Start Building Capability.

For organisations that measure training by what their teams can actually do. EdzLMS closes skill gaps using AI at every layer — so your team spends time learning, not administering.

Built For

For the moments where skill beats a completion certificate.

Enterprises, academics and fast-scaling teams run EdzLMS for the training that actually has to change behaviour — not just tick a box.

AUDIT-READY
Compliance & evidence
Evidence logged per learner, not per course. Completions and skill scores roll into one record, with exportable reports the day the auditor asks.
NEW
Scenario-based learning
Decision-led scenarios and case studies where the consequence lands before the real one does — generated from your own material and scored against your rubric.
58s Build
Onboarding & compliance
New hires get a role-specific path on day one, generated from your handbook and auto-assigned from your HRIS. Compliance evidence logged per learner.
11–4 Wks Ramp
Sales & service enablement
Reps and agents practise objections and tough calls against AI personas before the real one. Managers see scored sessions, not gut feel.
−34% Tickets
Academics & institutions
A tutor grounded in course material answers students 24/7, cites its sources, and gives faculty insight reports on where cohorts are stuck.
3× Mastery
Continuous upskilling
Microlearning, adaptive assessment and a study mentor keep skills current after onboarding — with analytics that prove the gap is closing.

All six run on the same learner record. Start with one, add the others later — nothing to migrate, no second system to reconcile.

Our Philosophy

Why we built it differently.

Every LMS tracks completions. Very few actually close skill gaps. We built EdzLMS because we kept seeing the same problem — and decided to fix it at every layer.

The problem we saw
Most LMS measures time spent, not capability built.
Organisations were spending millions on training, then discovering during audits, client meetings, or performance reviews that nothing had actually changed. A completed module is not a skill. A certificate is not readiness.
Our answer
AI at every layer — not bolted on as a feature.
We didn't add an AI chatbot to an existing LMS. We built the whole platform around the question: what does it take for a person to actually get better at something? Then we used AI to close every gap in that journey — creation, practice, study, and adaptation.
What that looks like
Outcomes you can measure, not just reports you can print.
85% average course completion. Sales reps who can handle objections before the first real call. Clinical staff whose training records are audit-ready on demand. Knowledge that transfers — because we test it, practice it, and reinforce it intelligently.
“We didn’t set out to build another LMS. We set out to close the gap between training delivered and performance changed. The platform followed from that.”
One Platform

Five AI systems.
Every stage of the journey.

Authoring, assessment, tutoring, practice and onboarding — each is its own AI. One learner record. No bolt-ons.

Why we built it differently
01

A completion certificate proves attendance, not capability.

The old LMS optimised for the wrong number. We score the skill — through assessment, roleplay and a tutor that won’t move on until the concept lands. Completion is the floor, not the goal.

02

Authoring a course shouldn’t take three weeks.

Your team already wrote the source material — the policy, the deck, the SOP. The AI Course Builder turns it into a structured, assessed course in under a minute, in your tone. You review and publish.

03

Practice beats content. Every time.

Reading about an objection is not handling one. Watching a video on a hard conversation is not having it. EdzLMS makes learners do the thing — against AI personas, with live scoring — before it counts.

— Three steps, one minute —

From document to live course — fast.

No instructional design team, no long build cycles. Upload what you have, let AI do the heavy lifting, go live the same day.

Step 01
Upload your source
A policy PDF, product deck, SOP or recorded webinar — anything your team already wrote. Any format, any length.
Step 02
AI structures & assesses
Modules, lessons, assessments and a scored roleplay, generated in your tone and mapped to skills. In under 60 seconds.
Step 03
Review & publish
Edit anything, then push to a cohort. Learners start the same day — not next quarter. No dev team needed.
What teams say

Teams that switched to AI-first learning.

“We went from spending 3 weeks building a single compliance course to generating it in under a minute. The AI course builder ingested our regulatory document and produced 14 modules with quizzes, narration, and a learning path.”

“The AI RolePlay changed how we onboard sales reps. They used to shadow for 6 weeks. Now they do 12 AI practice sessions, get scored on objection handling, and go live in 2 weeks.”

Questions

The things teams ask us before the first demo.

Security, migration, automation and what the AI actually does. If the answer you need is not here, ask us directly — you will get the same straight answer.

Still deciding whether it fits how your team already works?

Book a demo
Can EdzLMS replace our existing LMS — and what happens to the content we already have?

Yes. Users, course structures and completion history migrate across, and the SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI packages you already own upload as-is rather than being rebuilt. Most teams run both side by side for a cycle, move compliance first because it is the most painful to administer, and retire the old system once the audit trail has moved.

What is scenario-based learning, and how is it different from a course?

A course tells someone what to do. A scenario puts them in the moment — the discount request, the safety breach, the angry customer — and makes them decide, then shows what that decision costs. The score comes from the judgement they showed, not from whether they clicked through to the end of a deck.

How does AI roleplay work, and how is a learner scored?

The learner holds a live conversation with an AI playing the other side — a prospect, a patient, an escalating customer — by voice or in text. It stays in character and reacts to what is actually said, so no two attempts run the same way. Every scenario carries its own rubric, so the attempt is scored against the behaviours that matter there: discovery, objection handling, tone, the compliance language you need said out loud.

Can new joiners get the right training without anyone enrolling them?

Yes — access is driven by rules, not by an admin working through a spreadsheet. Department, role, location, or any combination: a warehouse supervisor in Leeds and a sales hire in Dubai each land on day one with their own path already assigned. Rules can read your own profile fields or sync straight from your HRMS — Keka and similar platforms — so a role change or a transfer updates the learning path on its own, with no second system to keep in step.

Does someone still have to chase overdue compliance training?

No. Reminders go out on the schedule you set — ahead of the due date, on it, and after — by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and escalate to the line manager and the L&D manager once a deadline passes. Expiring certifications re-assign themselves for renewal, so the annual refresher does not depend on anyone remembering it exists.

What do managers see, and do they need admin access?

Managers see their own team and nothing else: who is complete, who is overdue, how people actually scored. No admin rights required, so you are not handing out platform access to get a weekly answer. Reports run on a schedule and arrive in their inbox instead of waiting to be pulled.

How is our data protected, and can people sign in with our existing accounts?

EdzLMS is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, admin access is role-based and least-privilege, and single sign-on means your people use the credentials they already have — no new password to provision, and access ends when it ends in your directory.

Are you GDPR-ready, and where does our data sit?

Yes. The hosting region is chosen to suit you, so data can stay where your policy requires it. A data processing agreement is available, learner rights — access, export and erasure — are handled in-product, and retention periods are configurable rather than fixed by us.

What happens to our data if something goes wrong?

Backups run twice a day, encrypted, with the last seven days retained, so any restore point in the past week is available. Recovery is tested rather than assumed, and the backup set is held separately from the running environment.
