These Terms of Use apply to your use of edzlms.com and its pages, guides, tools and downloads (the "Site"). The Site is operated by EDZLEARN Services Private Limited ("EDZLEARN", "we", "us"), Bangalore, India. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site gives information about edzlms, Gelato AI, edzproctor and our course-development services. It also offers articles, a glossary, checklists and other resources. Nothing on the Site is an offer to supply a product or service. A subscription or project begins only when both parties sign an agreement.

2. Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users' data;
  • disrupt the Site with automated scraping at excessive rates, malware, or denial-of-service attacks;
  • submit false information in our forms, or impersonate someone else.

We may restrict access to anyone who breaks these terms.

3. Our content

The Site's text, graphics, logos, the edzlms, Gelato AI and edzproctor names, and its software belong to EDZLEARN or our licensors. They are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may:

  • read, share links to, and quote short extracts from our articles with attribution and a link back;
  • download and use the checklists and templates we offer for your own organisation's internal work.

You may not republish whole articles, resell our resources, or use our trademarks in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Third-party names and trademarks on the Site (for example Moodle, SCORM and other products we compare) belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those products.

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep articles, comparisons and figures accurate and up to date, and we cite sources where we can. Information on the Site is general and may change. It is not legal, compliance or professional advice for your situation. Check anything you rely on against the original source.

5. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. Forms and demos

When you book a demo, you agree that we may contact you about your request. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties about the Site, including that it will always be available or free of errors.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction.
