Two different jobs everyone keeps confusing

There are two completely separate problems in the SCORM world, and the market mostly solves only the first one.

The first is creation: turning a slide deck, a PDF or an expert’s notes into a packaged, trackable SCORM course. This space is busy. Docebo’s Creator now exports SCORM 1.2 and 2004. The second problem is what happens after the file exists — and almost nobody works on it. Once a SCORM package is built, it becomes a sealed artefact. It plays. It reports a completion status. And then it just sits there. The learner watches it once, forgets most of it within a day, and the organisation files the completion as “done.” All the intelligence went into making the file. None of it went into making the file useful over time.
