H5P (HTML5 Package) is an open-source framework for creating rich, interactive learning content directly in a browser — including interactive video, drag-and-drop exercises, branching scenarios, flashcards and interactive quizzes. Content is responsive, works across devices, and can report results back to the LMS through xAPI. Built into Moodle as a core content type, H5P lets instructional designers add engaging interactivity without coding, turning static lessons into active, memorable experiences.
