Learners study IIT/IIM-approved, industry-aligned curricula in AI, data science, and emerging technologies — credential-grade education with the credibility of India’s premier institutes behind it.

Its offerings span dual India–US Master’s pathways (part of a Master’s completed online with an IIT/IIM and the rest on-campus at a top US university, with entrance-exam waivers, roughly half the typical cost, and an accelerated timeline), AI and data science degree programs delivered with IIT partners, and AI-native engineering tracks — all backed by end-to-end support that carries learners from admission through to their post-program careers.

Running cohort-based, IIT-grade programs at this pace of growth demands far more than a place to host videos. The company needed a learning platform that could automate enrolment by cohort, integrate tightly with its sales and delivery stack, run live classes, and measure engagement down to the individual activity — all under one branded experience.

The Challenge

The client’s model is intensive and cohort-driven: learners enrol in structured programs, move through them as a batch, attend live sessions, and are assessed continuously. Off-the-shelf LMS platforms broke down against several hard requirements:

The LMS detects when a learner goes idle on screen and prompts them with reminders/modals — keeping tracked time honest and nudging learners back into active learning.

Third-Party LTI Integration & Grade Sync

Integration with external systems over LTI for specialised activities, with grades flowing back automatically into the LMS gradebook. Learners move seamlessly between the LMS and partner tools; results consolidate in one place.

Regular Notifications

Built-in notifications keep learners on track — upcoming classes, deadlines, new content, and activity prompts — reducing drop-off and keeping cohorts moving together.

Attendance Tracking

Zoom Live Classes — Scheduled, Tracked, Recorded
