WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDZLEARN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms or our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete Your Content from our systems.

15. Credits and Links

You grant EdzLearn the right to use your company name and logo in our marketing materials and website’s “Our Clients” section. If you do not want your name or logo to be used, please contact us at sa***@ed****.com to request removal.

16. Location of Services

Our Services are operated from various locations. We may use contractors and third-party service providers to perform our obligations and provide the Services.

17. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any legal actions will be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.

18. Confidential Information

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other’s proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the use of the Services. Confidential information shall not include information that is publicly known or becomes publicly known through no breach of confidentiality obligations.

19. Miscellaneous

Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EdzLearn regarding the use of the Services.
